History

Built on shared leadership experience.

  1. 2006

    Consulting activities begin

    After many years of working together in leadership positions, Birgit von Hörsten and Kai Rendigs begin their independent consulting activities.

  2. 2013

    ItKARE GmbH is founded

    In July, experience, resources and expertise are brought together in the jointly owned company.

    Projects in Germany and across Europe

    ItKARE supports projects and programmes in a range of sectors – from strategy development through to operational implementation.
